A Springy Matzah S’mores Board
S’mores, reimagined for Passover, with matzah standing in for graham crackers—that’s it! A simple concept. But they’re actually good. Not, like, who-needs-graham-crackers-this-is-a-total-revelation good, but, like, surprisingly-good-for-a-Passover-dessert-and-I-might-even-momentarily-consider-having-seconds-before-reconsidering, good. Especially if you slather on a bunch of caramel and sprinkle with sea salt. Helps a lot in the edibility department.
Mix and match chocolates, add kosher marshmallows (varying the sizes helps), and round things out with fruit, macaroons, chocolate-covered matzah, or matzah toffee—whatever you have and whatever looks good together. Finish with small bowls of caramel and flaky salt, arrange everything thoughtfully, and serve with a kitchen torch so guests can toast their own marshmallows. Proceed with enthusiasm and caution. Maybe remove/hide your table linens first.
