Simple Passover Cheese Board
This isn’t so much a recipe/tutorial as it is a suggestion. Think of it as inspiration for what to put on the table when you want a Passover lunch or snacky moment to feel festive without turning it into a project. The idea is simple: swap crackers for matzah and build from there. I like using shmura matzah; it’s large and irregular, which I think makes the board so beautiful. But whatever matzah you have will work! Add a few cheeses with different shapes and textures, then fill in the spaces with something fresh and green. Parsley is a nice nod to karpas, pomegranate seeds add a pop of color, and after that, you’re free to follow your instincts. The only real goal is abundance—pile it all on, let things overlap, and don’t worry if it looks a little messy. Cheese boards are at their best when they feel generous.
